It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of retired Captain Richard Francis Beck, on Tuesday, March 24, 2020. Richard (Dick) Beck, age 88 years, beloved husband of Carol, married 64 years. Loving father of Paul (Cindy), Terry (Cathy), and Larry. Devoted grandfather of Madeleine and Lindsay. Retired City of Toronto Firefighter (Captain), 35 years service. As a result of “Covid-19”, the family will be observing a private family service. Plans for a memorial service will be arranged at later date.
