It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of retired Gordon Bruce Sawyer, Retired Capt.,of the former NYFD, on Mar.30,2020, at 11.30 am. while in his Retirement home in Maple.

Gordon Bruce Sawyer, DoB Aug.24,1931= 88 yrs young, started on the job Sept.12,1960, retired Jan.20,1989 = 29 yrs. Gord enjoyed 31 yrs of Retirement.

Gordon will be Cremated, there will not be any Funeral at this time. But a Celebration of Life will be held by the Family at a later date.
