Retired Captain Chris Chmielewski passed away on August 7, 2020 in his 69th year from Cancer. Captain Chris Chmielewski began his career with the Toronto Fire Department in September of 1989.

His first assignment was 25P B2, now station 343 on B. Chris retired from 116 B after 28 years of service with TFS and moved to Killaloe with his common law wife Ilka Wright.
