The Local 3888 Pension and Benefits Committee is pleased to announce a Retirement Information Seminar scheduled for 0900hr on Thursday November 19, 2020.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, this year’s seminar will be hosted online via Zoom’s virtual platform. The seminar is focused on members who looking for information regarding their upcoming retirement, but all are welcome. Speakers will include representatives from City of Toronto Pensions, Payroll & Benefits department and OMERS. We will also have a representative from MROO (the Municipal Retiree Organization of Ontario) and Victor Canada (formerly Enron) who will be available to speak on Post-65 benefits and how some retirees are using their Health Care Spending Account. Our friends at ComTech have also been invited to make us aware of how the Credit Union can work in our favour.
