BARKER, BRUCE THOMAS 1944 – 2025
Retired Captain of the TFD following a long illness, Bruce sadly passed away on May 22nd, with his loving wife of 57 years, June, at his side. He was predeceased by his parents, Marguerite and Art, as well as his sister, Lorraine. Bruce will be lovingly remembered by his sister, Norma Nitchke (Gerry); as well as his many in-laws, nieces, and nephews, who will miss him dearly. Thanks to all the dedicated care workers at Michael Garron Hospital and Ina Grafton Gage Home, who took such good care of Bruce during his time of need.
Donations in Bruce’s name to either organization would be appreciated. A private family celebration was held in Bruce’s honour.
