Subject: 2023 Ontario Fallen Fire Fighters Memorial
Toronto Professional Fire Fighters’ Association Local 3888 along with Toronto Fire Services will be jointly hosting our annual Toronto Fallen Firefighters Memorial, on Sunday, June 11, 2023, at 11:00 am.
Local 3888 will be hosting a BBQ (peameal on a bun) from 8:30 am to 10:30 am on the west side of station 334.
Eight members’ names will be added this year.

This is our opportunity as members of the TPFFA to show the families and friends of the fallen that we are united behind them. We do this to honour the memory of firefighters who have paid the ultimate sacrifice while serving the citizens of Toronto.
All Toronto Fire Service personnel are cordially invited to attend.
Dress; A full-dress uniform with a white shirt and white gloves is to be worn. White gloves will be available if needed. Cap badge not to be shrouded.
The ceremony will take place at: Location: 339 Queen’s Quay West (behind Station #334, east of Spadina)
Time: 11:00 hours
Parking; There will be no parking at station 334 or vicinity!
We have reached out to our friends at HMCS York and have set up free Parking at HMCS York, 659 Lake Shore Blvd W, Toronto, ON M5V 1A7. This is an 18-minute (1.4km) walk to station 334. The gate will be open at 8:00 am.
A shuttle service from HMCS York to Station 334 will start at 8:15 am with the last shuttle leaving at 10:30 am. The return shuttle to the HMCS York will commence after the service from 12:15 pm with the last shuttle departing from station 334 at 2:45 pm.
Members who wish to take the Go Train can jump on the 509 TTC streetcar at Union Station or Exhibition Stadium. The 509 runs along the Queens Quay.
There will be a reception after the service for the families first.
