Subject: Union Notice #22-145: Passing of Active Member Lee (Mathew) Herriot
Brothers and Sisters,

We have been notified of the passing of Communications Division Firefighter Lee Herriot.

The city hired Lee on April 13, 2005; he then joined TFS on February 24, 2014.

Condolences to member Lee Herriot’s family, friends, and co-workers.

Details of the service will follow once arrangements have been made.
