Captain George Arthur Allinson – 1934 ~ 2022

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Captain George Arthur Allinson.

George, age 88, of Toronto, Ontario passed away on Friday 16 September 2022. We wish his immediate and extended families our Sincerest Condolences.

George began his career with the Toronto Fire Department on the 9th of August 1957. He was promoted to Captain on the 30th of June 1978 to 3 Pump B1 (314 D Shift). He retired on the 18th of March 1991 after 34 years of dedicated service.

The family is holding a Celebration of Life for George on Sunday, October 16, 2022, from 1-4 pm. It will be held at the Garth Trails Clubhouse, 45 Abbotsford Trail Hamilton, Ontario L9B 2X8 (905) 679 – 2582. https://www.garthtrails.ca/
