Funeral Information For Wayne Robert Onley Retired TFS – Former TFD (L-113)
Wayne Robert Onley – October 1956 – March 2022
It is with great sadness that we inform you of the passing of our brother Wayne Onley, badge number 451.
Brother Onley began his TFS career on November 2, 1981, at station 315 on D platoon. In time, he transferred to 315 A platoon to follow in his father’s footsteps, Captain Fred Onley. Fred Onley served a total of 55 years with the TFS. He spent 25 years at station 315, previously known as TFD station 8, before retiring with 30 years at station 227, or old TFD 17. Wayne eventually moved to station 335, where he retired after 40 years of service on September 30, 2021.
