Captain Roy Richard – 1945 ~ 2021

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Captain Roy Richard. He passed away in his 76th year. We wish his immediate and extended families our Sincerest Condolences.

Roy joined the Toronto Fire Department on the 13th of January 1967 and was promoted to Captain on the 21st of May 1990. He served at various stations throughout the city, retiring on the 15th of May 1995 after 28 years of service.
