Funeral Information For Captain Michael Heinemann Retired TFS – Former NYFD (L-752)

Michael Heinemann – May 29, 1962 – May 30, 2024

It is with great sadness and heavy hearts we announce the sudden passing of Michael Heinemann on May 30, 2024, at the age of 62. Beloved husband to Marilena and a caring and devoted stepfather to Amanda. Caring son to Jeanette and the late Klaus “Ted”. Cherished brother to Scott (Rhonda), and David (Sheryl). Loving son-in-law to Maria and the late Luigi Sansosti, brother-in-law to Carmine, Maurizio (Agatha), and Eugenio (Danica). Michael will be fondly remembered and missed by his nieces, nephews, family, friends, and neighbours. Michael dedicated his career to the Toronto Fire Services and was passionate about his work and contributions to Local 3888.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Michael’s memory may be made to SickKids Hospital or a charity of your choice.
